Solar Streaks Shall Light the Way

(Time in Space Home)

solar streaks shall
light the way to
love's enfolding arms,
anew collecting hearts
deflecting, full
of both the charms
of sorcery and magic:
delight's entrancing mesmer;
removing scales which hide
the trails of souls'
divining measure.

ah, make these chains
of moments pull the less
my fevered limbs,
release my reach to
span the breach
and satisfy the whims
of succulent adventure,
the pilgrim's blessed venture:
produce the fleshing tilted spot
for wilted thrashing mortal.

these laggard seconds tick
too slow while moistened
forehead furrows,
intensely temperate the time
as nervous prescience burrows:
imagined grace
now lights this face
sharp features slowly forming,
infinity's continuum of
newfound cosmic union,
shall soothe
my senseless storming.
